We are delighted to welcome Laetitia 'Ticci' le Gall to the BoumBoum team from November 2007. Ticci's love for dance started at an early age, influenced by her Tahitian mother. Having played djembe for the past 15 years, Ticci got her first taste of traditional West African dance at the Tribe of Doris international summer school of 2006, since when she has been passionate about its beautiful and energetic moves. Ticci now plays and dances with West African performance group Kookoojii, and brings her technique and knowledge to her BoumBoum workshops.
